While Sevalaya USA will make every effort to use the funds collected for a specific project/funding drive for the intended purpose, in case of contingencies or unexpected events (such as cancellation of the project either by the receiving organization or by Sevalaya USA because of failure to meet its charter), the donor authorizes Sevalaya USA to use the funds for the same purpose at a later time as decided by the Sevalaya USA board.

In the event of not having an alternative within 90 days of the original donation, the board of Sevalaya USA, may redirect the funds as it deems fit for other projects, keeping in mind the purpose of the original funding drive for which this donation was earmarked.
